裴正康 Pediatric Oncologist Ching-Hon Pui, M.D.
Memphis St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital pediatric oncologist Ching-Hon Pui, M.D., has helped push cure rates for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), the most common childhood cancer, to historic highs. As a result of his work, cure rates for ALL have risen from about 70 percent in the early 1980s to more than 90 percent today in the children and teens treated at St. Jude. This year, Pui celebrates 40 years of working at St. Jude.
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital pediatrician and researcher is honored for significant contributions to the advancement and impact of global collective efforts to save more lives from childhood cancer.
裴正康 Ching Hon Pui (Pui Ching 1969 培正 昇社）Memphis St Jude children Hospital，裴是兒童白血病世界領軍人物，把白血病冶療率提昇到 94％.
1951年8月，裴正康出生於中國台灣。
1969年，從香港培正中學畢業後，以僑生身份到台灣大學就讀。
1976年，裴正康獲得台灣大學醫學博士學位。
1977年，在美國 St. Jude兒童研究醫院從事兒童白血病的研究和治療。
1990年，歷任美國田納西大學醫學院、聖潔德兒童研究醫院血液/腫瘤科教授、兒科學教授。
2014年，當選中國台灣中央研究院院士。
